It is unacceptable.

Shirley is awesome- has been cutting hair for 16 years and is very good! She is one of the best stylists I have come across, even in more expensive salons (Shirley has also worked in high-end salons in the past). This is also the cheapest price you will find in Santa Rosa- $16 for a haircut, men or women. They guarantee all their work, meaning if for any reason you don't like it, they fix it for free. I would definitely reccomend this salon, and especially Shirley!
