She will gladly spend your entire session focusing on whatever specific area is bothering you if that’s what you want, and really understands deep pressure and how to release knots. I’ve been recovering from a sports injury for over a month and she’s done more good than any acupuncture or chiropractic I’ve had. I’m a monthly member and it’s totally worth it.

The pressure was exactly what I was looking for, deep, effective, and intentional without ever feeling careless. Bohdan clearly knows what he’s doing and understands the body well. The gliding cupping was especially impressive this is truly how cupping should be done. You can feel the difference when it’s performed correctly. I left feeling significantly looser, more mobile, and actually worked on not just a relaxing massage, but real therapeutic work. Highly recommend if you want quality bodywork that actually delivers results
