I was able to get a last minute appointment near me at The Now Massage & after 80 minutes with Crystal, I could at least raise it halfway! I bought a membership :-) But I knew in a couple of days I'd have to take multiple flights. Half way wasn't good enough. I made another appointment for Thursday & saw Terrie (as Crystal wasn't available) for 50 minutes before flights on Friday. Terrie knew all about TOS & somehow knew where & what to work on. I could lift my arm all the way! I made an appointment to see her again Sunday before my 1st of 5 flights in the next 3 days. I know there still may be some pain in my back (where it stemmed from), but the fact that I can travel at all is amazing!!!

Every month I go in for a relaxing massage (I love Melinda) and lately, I've been popping in for a quick infra-red sauna. Each sauna is clean and private (my favorite part) with fresh towels and cold water. It's a great way to get rid of toxins and unwind for a few minutes. When I have time, I'll finish with a walk on the beach (it's one block away). You can't beat it!
