- NVN VDec 21, 20251.0I came in to return or exchange a product, but the item I wanted wasn’t in stock and I chose not to have it shipped. While being helped, I overheard an associate say, “that’s not our problem,” to another coworker and then go quiet when I walked over. It made me feel uncomfortable. The cashier was also very unfriendly — no greeting or thank you. Overall, the customer service was poor, and it’s a location I won’t be returning to.
- DSDiana StraitJul 18, 20253.0First time in there and I was looking for a specific lipstick color. I was completely lost. Nobody came to help me and the store only had me in it. I had to go and get help. Didn't find the lipstick, but she was very helpful. Then I wanted a blush but she just pointed where to go and then split. After I found a blush, I needed a new brush and again I had to wait around and hunt down help. Not so impressed. Makeup good quality.

Please resolve this . Poor customer service.
