- NDN DMay 8, 20192.0The cashier today took one look at me when I walked in and was asking me if I had an account with them. She acted like I was being shady and wasn’t meant to be shopping there. Obviously I have a license and account there or I wouldn’t be in there. You know cosmetologists work hard and do a lot of hours of schooling plus go through the hell that is the state board test so to even be treated like I didn’t belong in that store or that I didn’t know what I was doing there is insulting to say the least.

I don't know why the first person said they were unfriendly and whatever else she said. In many many years going there, I have always been treated well. I recommend this store.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.

Store purchases can be returned with a valid receipt. Online orders up to $150 can be returned with packing slip or invoice within 90 days, excluding electrical items and shears, which have a 60-day return period and refunds are issued as gift cards.
