- RWRobert WilsonAug 26, 20252.0It's a Great Clips location, but their stylists seem to be less trained (or lower quality) than other Great Clips. The stylists are hit or miss, but I would say that the majority of the time you'll find parts cut unevenly. One time they managed to mess up my hair completely, buzzing part of the top. The stylist managed to cover it up, but since that experience I stopped going here, and then abandoned Great Clips as a whole. They do offer quick and easy haircuts for low prices, but you get what you pay for.
- JJJayAug 15, 20251.0If you're thinking about going to Great Clips, DON'T! You're better off cutting it yourself, it will end up just as good, or better than what the people at Great Clips do. I don't know why I have been going to Great Clips as long as I have, but I will NEVER go again. For a while, I stopped going because every time I did my hair would get absolutely butchered and end up uneven, terribly layered + way shorter than I asked for. The other day, I decided to give them one last chance and ended up leaving with my hair messed up, and worse than what I do with no skills. The people there also like to not listen, or they ignore your wants to decide for you instead. There was a lady who told me halfway through my haircut, "I'm going to give you --- haircut instead, it is very popular." I did not want the haircut she named and did not ask for it, but she thought she could decide for me when I already told her what I wanted. Whenever I ask any of the hairdressers to fix up one spot, they cut everything way shorter and don't bother to even it out again. I've left with one side around half an inch to an inch longer than the other and didn't say anything because I didn't want them touching my hair any longer or cutting everything shorter again. There are a few times they give decent enough haircuts, but getting a MEDIOCRE haircut 5% of the time is not worth the bad haircuts the other 95% of the time. I am officially done with Great Clips. I am never going back and highly suggest others to stay away as well.

The haircutting guy said to the customer that is gonna have to wait so I told the haircutting guy Just do a quickie so you can help that guy, but the next 3 times the girls were absolutely great. Not only a great haircut, but a great conversation too.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
