- KCKarina COct 24, 20231.0New Sephora location, I was really excited about this. I went there with my mom this past Sunday. The guy who was helping us was very rude. Only showed us one product and when I mentioned another he was quick to dismiss my recommendation saying it was a fad or viral thing. I get trying to make a top dollar sale but at least try to be friendly & not like you having a bad day had anything to do with us. When I asked about the Sephora scanner or the system not working when he had to type my email in, he was again quick to say no & act like it was a dumb question I asked. 🫠😑
