I tried trendy hair salons and a friend referral, but it didn't work. It's hard to find someone who understands ethnic hair. I may not look it, but my hair surely is! Lol, I gave JCP Salon a try and Tiana just blew my mind! Her patience and attention to detail gave me the confidence to know my hair would look and Feel amazing! And it does! The other stylists were great as well. The girl vibe is fire! One of the stylists came to say hi and offered me coffee, and it was delish btw the other stylist saw the before and after, and her reaction was so sincere and excited as I was! Haha Loved everything about JCP Salon. I found my place, my person, the vibe.. I'm already booking my next appointment. I'm not going anywhere else.

Salon was fine with it until we showed up. the stylist(Rylie?) walked off and the manager said that she didn’t feel comfortable cutting her hair(too cowardly to tell us to our face) but i guess she had no problem humiliating a child. Bravo. Avoid this place at all cost. What a pathetic salon.
