The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, and the products smelled and felt amazing. Great selection and lovely service—highly recommend stopping by!
- DDDamounDec 1, 20251.0I visited this store today to purchase a hand cream. The associate assisting me did not offer any samples at all, so I had to ask for some samples myself. I noticed samples of another product I love (the Ultra Rich Shea Butter Body Cream) in the drawer, but was told by both store associates that the company “doesn’t send them anymore.” I’ve always had great experiences at L’Occitane and have never had issues receiving samples when buying a full-size product, so this interaction felt a bit dismissive and inconsistent with the brand’s usual service. Just sharing the feedback in hopes of more consistency in customer care. Needless to say, I will not be shopping at this store again.
- YRYaya RMar 15, 20241.0I went last week don’t remember the day but there was a (older lady) with white hair,was in the back on her cellphone with a male by the register. I walked in and didn’t greet me, they proceeded to just talk and ignore me. I was next door to Rolex and wanted to stop by to see the shower oil hype was about! After 10 minutes or so the male approached me and said “what I was looking for “ I proceeded to say I was looking for shower oil and he just pointed at the wall and I told him what were the benefits of the product and he just stared at me and didn’t know his product. Didn’t show me where it was and to try it out. He didn’t show any effort in showing the product. Long story they both were so unprofessional t Not shopping at that location ever.

I used to buy their products from L’Occitane Ann Arbor but the store was closed during covid . Kat shipped the product the same day & my granddaughter received her gift next day ! Amazing service .
