  Had a wonderful experience at Studs this past weekend. I went in with my 18-year-old niece to get a couple piercings, mind you this was my first time getting pierced other than an earlobe. As soon as we walked in, grace, our piercer, took great care of us. She answered all of our questions, was knowledgeable about the piercing types, even measured my rook area to make sure it would be a good fit. As a first timer, I appreciated that they weren’t just about making the sale/doing the piercing but they wanted to ensure that our experience was a good one. The piercing room was very sterile, clean, organized, welcoming, calming, exactly what you wanted to be for your first time and every time. I would definitely recommend this place, ask for Grace!

  came here for the first time and got my two lobes pierced, staff is so helpful & nice!! Whole total is $150 (reasonable price) The piercer LLEANA that helped me is so professional & sweet. They have tipping service to tip the piercer. I’ll come back again :3 for more when I’m ready.

  Just got my helix done by Grace for my birthday. Everyone there was so kind and I initially wanted a rook done but one of the piercers recommended for me to get a helix instead as a starting cartilage piercing. I absolutely love it! the service was done so professionally and it was overall a great experience. They also wrote me a happy birthday on the piercing care card! overall a 10/10 experience! Thank you so much <3

  I came in last week looking to replace some of my jewelry. The lady at the front was great, she really helped me pick out some things and even talked me into a piercing. However i just found the piercer with curly hair kinda dismissive, like she wished she was doing something else instead of piercing my ear. Regardless, quick service and a great front of house :)

  I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I bought my daughter at the end of December for a piercing. At that time, the service was fine -- they were attentive while earning my business. I was clearly told that we SHOULD return in two months to change the long backing to a shorter one for FREE. When we returned today within the recommended time frame, a staff named Mia Rin, who claimed to be the manager, told me I would now have to pay $10 per backing. I explained that I had been told the change would be FREE, but she said the company changed its policy on January 1 -- just one week after my piercing. This is not about the extra $20. It's about integrity and customer service. If the company changed its policy, that should not apply to customers who were promised something at the time of purchase. I came back exactly when they instructed me to -- I wasn't asking for anything beyond what was originally promised. Instead, I was told that I was "not required" to change the backing if I didn't want to pay. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I tried to express my disappointment, the attitude I received was rude and defensive. Policies may change, but honoring commitments made to customers should not. Based on this experience and the poor service I received, I will not be returning. If you choose to go here, be aware that additional charges may come up after your initial purchase.
