- ANAtira NairDec 19, 20251.0This place has genuinely one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. At checkout, she told me to put down my email and phone number and I politely just said “oh i don’t want to sign up for anything” and she proceeded to give me a dirty look said “okaaay” in the most rude tone of voice, acting as if I was saying something crazy? Throughout my entire interaction with her, she was incredibly rude on multiple occasions, getting weird when I asked questions and just overall a heinous vibe. If I wasn’t there for a specific christmas gift I would’ve left without buying anything. Both me and my mom were shocked at her attitude because we were being incredibly polite and nice to her despite her behavior so there was no reason for her to behave as she did the entire time. She had dark hair and was working 12/18 in the evening.

Why did I have to wait for two rounds of checkouts before helping me with my return? Just because it’s a return? These ppl need to do better. Save yourself and go to literally any. other. mac store

Despite that, the employee working did not acknowledge me or offer any assistance. She appeared visibly upset, slamming drawers and avoiding eye contact. When I finally asked for help, she didn’t look up at all and responded with, “What’s your question?” in a rude and dismissive tone. The interaction was extremely unprofessional and left me with a very negative impression of the store. I understand everyone can have off days, but no customer—especially in a retail environment—should be treated that way.
