    I visited this store today to purchase a hand cream. The associate assisting me did not offer any samples at all, so I had to ask for some samples myself. I noticed samples of another product I love (the Ultra Rich Shea Butter Body Cream) in the drawer, but was told by both store associates that the company “doesn’t send them anymore.” I’ve always had great experiences at L’Occitane and have never had issues receiving samples when buying a full-size product, so this interaction felt a bit dismissive and inconsistent with the brand’s usual service. Just sharing the feedback in hopes of more consistency in customer care. Needless to say, I will not be shopping at this store again.

    There was an elderly woman with Grey hair playing music very loud and dancing with another staff member and ignored me as if I was looking for something to purchase. They two continued as if it was perfectly normal to get paid doing absolutely nothing and I suspect she is the manager of that store. No wonder they change staff because the manager who runs the shop doesn't care if the shop closes or not. Why is corporate hiring these incompetent managers who couldn't care less what happens to the business. Get people with communication skills and interpersonal skills who has successful sells experience. The old lady with the Grey/black hair needs to retire or work somewhere else. Fire her she's a waste of space.

    I wanted to give a shoutout to Angelina for her excellent customer service. She was welcoming, friendly and helpful with all my shopping needs. I also appreciate her enthusiasm and knowledge for all of the products. This store once again carries the warm welcoming vibe (unlike several months ago when it was disorganized, lacked inventory and an unenthusiastic male staff worked there. ) I have been a L’Occitane customer for a long time and I am happy to see how this store has been transformed into what L’Occitane brand should represent. Thank you, Angelina!
