- DDDamounDec 1, 20251.0I visited this store today to purchase a hand cream. The associate assisting me did not offer any samples at all, so I had to ask for some samples myself. I noticed samples of another product I love (the Ultra Rich Shea Butter Body Cream) in the drawer, but was told by both store associates that the company “doesn’t send them anymore.” I’ve always had great experiences at L’Occitane and have never had issues receiving samples when buying a full-size product, so this interaction felt a bit dismissive and inconsistent with the brand’s usual service. Just sharing the feedback in hopes of more consistency in customer care. Needless to say, I will not be shopping at this store again.

I also appreciate her enthusiasm and knowledge for all of the products. This store once again carries the warm welcoming vibe (unlike several months ago when it was disorganized, lacked inventory and an unenthusiastic male staff worked there. ) I have been a L’Occitane customer for a long time and I am happy to see how this store has been transformed into what L’Occitane brand should represent.
