And both the ladies were too rude and mean. My kid wanted a lollipop but they told me kid is not getting his lollipop because he tried to grab one. The meanest thing I have ever seen is one of the ladies hid that lollipop container. They put it inside cabinet. I went to haircut but instead got a very shabby craftsmanship from the meanest ladies ever. Just skip this worst great clips branch at Monroe for good. Don't even bring your kids who are energetic here. They will feel sad and disappointed and will have the worst experience ever.
