She took her time asking thoughtful questions to understand my scent preferences and guided me through the fragrances with care, creativity, and deep product knowledge. I learned so much about Diptyque not only as a brand, but fragrance in general! This the first time I’ve been in store, and I know I will be a return customer. What truly stood out was the way Bojana went above and beyond- not just providing excellent service, but curating a personal and emotional experience. When she learned it was my birthday, she made me feel so celebrated and seen. It wasn’t just customer service; it was a beautiful act of hospitality. Sophie, who assisted us throughout our visit, was an absolute sweetheart :) Though our interaction was fairly brief, Sophie went above and beyond to ensure we had the full experience. My friends and I came in near closing time, but they were in no rush and were extremely patient — going so far as to explaining each of the scents and recommending some fragrances that would suit us. Sophie even made sure we didn't leave empty handed! They provided us some samples of Philosykos after our group expressed interest in the fragrance. I was already a huge Diptyque enthusiast, but this solidified my love for the brand! Kudos to Sophie and the kind team at Diptyque Valley Fair :)
