  Avoid this store. They just keep asking you to buy, if you don’t buy, they became extremely rude. Very unprofessional!!

  I had to check out the new Rouge Noir line and got an appointment so I can play with the entire line. I met with Angela and had such a fun time finding the right colors and scents for myself and gifts for friends. She was super knowledgeable in cosmetics and so patient to help me discover my new favorite scents in the LES EXCLUSIFS DE CHANEL and the LES EAUX DE CHANEL lines. I appreciate her expertise and professionalism and will for sure reach out to her whenever I get a Chanel beauty itch! She made my whole shopping experience so fun and who couldn’t use more fun in their lives?!

  I’ve been coming to this Chanel Beauty boutique for over three years, and it has always been a great experience. Even though I am a very loyal Nordstrom customer, I come here for all of my Chanel needs because the service feels more personal. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming, but Priscilla has always been my go-to. She is genuinely kind, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful, and she always takes the time to understand what I need. She consistently finds exactly what I’m looking for, remembers what I like and what works for me, and stays in touch without ever being pushy. Priscilla makes every visit easy and enjoyable, and this boutique really delivers the level of care you expect from Chanel.

  I went in to look at something for my mom and Angela was such great help. I appreciated her time and all the efforts to get the perfect lip shade color for my mom. It really meant a lot for me. She really is such an amazing person and took her time on me. I didn't feel rushed and I appreciated that a lot. I ended up walking out with more things then I expected but because of her great customer service I wanted to do that!! She found me the perfect pink nude lip color and I almost teared up because it was the exact same color I used to wear my early makeup years but that shade got discontinued and I couldn't find the exact same shade anywhere else. Thank you for an incredible experience 😀
