On October 15, 2025, a salesperson named Marina kindly helped me when I asked to smell the new Coin Laundry room spray. However, another salesperson, Nico, abruptly and rudely shouted at us, telling her not to let me smell the spray and to “just show her the candle.” The interaction felt disrespectful and uncomfortable.
Later, I saw multiple posts on Chinese social media alleging that the store’s management had bullied and discriminated against Mandarin-speaking sales staff, which led to them all leaving. A friend of mine had also previously met a kind salesperson named Loga, who was pregnant at the time and is no longer there. Because of these experiences, we’ve decided not to visit this store again.

I was excited to browse this store, but my interaction with the store manager, Ericah, made the experience uncomfortable. She continuously pushed me to try fragrances despite me clearly saying several times that I just wanted to look around. The aggressive approach made me feel pressured rather than helped. I believe good customer service should respect boundaries and allow customers to explore freely. Because of this interaction, I ended up leaving earlier than I planned and did not enjoy my visit as much as I expected.

The store has nice products, but my experience with the store manager, Ericah, made the visit unpleasant. I was repeatedly pressured to try fragrances even after clearly stating that I only wanted to browse. Ericah’s sales approach felt overly aggressive and dismissive of my preferences. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, the interaction felt tense and uncomfortable. Customers should not have to say no multiple times just to browse. Unfortunately, this aggressive push selling left a lasting negative impression on me.

I came into the store hoping for a relaxed browsing experience, but the interaction with the store manager, Ericah, made it uncomfortable. Ericah repeatedly insisted that I try different fragrances, despite me clearly explaining that I was only interested in browsing. The aggressive push to sell felt overwhelming and confusing, especially since I am not familiar with their fragrance line. Instead of offering helpful guidance, the approach felt forceful. This type of sales behavior made me want to leave sooner than planned and left a negative impression of the store.

During my visit, I experienced very aggressive sales behavior from the store manager, Ericah. I told her multiple times that I just wanted to look around and browse, but she continued to push fragrances on me. Her tone and persistence made me feel uncomfortable and not listened to as a customer. Browsing should feel relaxed, not pressured. I came in excited to explore the products, but the constant selling overshadowed the experience. This interaction made me hesitant to return, despite liking the products themselves.
