  I just wanted to give Chanel at this store a HUGE shoutout and some kudos!! :) I was in the store last week as part of my travels within Santa Clara and popped into the store to get a Rosemary Mint travel-size shampoo. Chanel took a look at my hair and asked if I had henna and I said yes. She then went on to suggest that I not get the Rosemary Mint since it might make the henna fade quicker. She also asked if I was travelling to which I also said yes. She then simply said she could give me samples rather than me having to purchase a shampoo. She even made me a little travel size tub of the Stress-free lotion. I walked into the store thinking I was going to buy a travel-size shampoo, walked out not having parted with any money!!! I actually came BACK a second time, JUST to get the Rosemary Mint shampoo too. Never have I ever encountered such absolutely wonderful and amazing customer service, and felt so catered to and cared for walking into a store. You rock, Chanel!! Thank you SO much! :)

  I liked how the sales representative helped me find the right product for me and answered all my questions. By mistake one star got submitted on its own by mistake. Corrected it to 5 star

  I LOVE everything from Aveda! I have been a customer for a very long time and like all of their products. I have naturally curly hair and occasionally straighten my hair and use almost all of their line. My favorite by far is Smooth infusion and Be Curly. Their paddle brush is worth every penny. And the Control force hair spray is unbeatable. Even though I get my hair done at an Aveda salon, I still go into this particular store to get my products. There's a particular associate who is on point with customer care, (I'll catch her name next time). I recommend this store!
