  I always enjoy coming to this location. One thing I’ve noticed is that they seem to have the same employees over time, which feels like a great sign that they genuinely enjoy working here. It really shows in the way they interact with customers. I especially appreciate when employees have real personality — it makes the whole experience so much better. Nik was incredibly helpful. He recommended amazing products, perfectly color-matched me, and took the time to show me exactly what I needed. On top of that, he was genuinely funny and friendly, which made the visit even more enjoyable. You definitely made a great hire there. Leilana (I may be spelling that wrong!) was also so kind and sweet. This location can get very busy, but the team always seems to go above and beyond to help everyone. Really great service all around

  AWESOME selection and very friendly staff! Found exactly what we were looking for. Also in an amazing area with lots of shops and food selections!

  I typically don’t shop at larger retailers except for basics. The customer service isn’t often great or the stores are understaffed. I have been to this Sephora 3 times in the past few months and I received the best service! I’m a bit clueless and overwhelmed with skincare products, but the staff here always extremely approachable, kind and knowledgeable. I am always greeted with a smile and even the checkout was a pleasant experience. I always leave here happy with my purchase.

  Worst experience. I came in with a simple request - check the balance at my gift card. I went to the cashier line and then was redirected upfront. Staff upfront could not read the card for whatever reason, told me a couple of times there is no money on the card (which is not true; it was never used before and I have a check). Then it was suggested to scratch the card, which I did. It did not work as well, I was finally sent to the cashier desk. At that point we figured that while scratching - a number of digits were scratched away. If I would not listen to anyone and just stayed in line to the main cashier desk - I would not loose my card and my mood. They had enough audacity to send me THIRD person to repeat the same like IT WAS MY fault that I have an issue with a card. I was suggested to call customer service. For what, to ask them use magic ball and guess missing digits. But I called, wasted another 20 min of my life. I will never shop at this store again. And may be; just may be, instead of giving wrong advices, staff could spend some time cleaning dust around and garbage all around make up cleaning stations.
