- JMJam M.2 days ago5.0I stopped into this Sephora with a gift card and a mission to find a color stain lipstick. The store was very nice, great location, and everyone was friendly. But I am writing to say Nik is amazing, and helped me so much! I got the lipstick, bought another lipstick and the whole experience was great! Nik is an amazing and enthusiastic employee. Thanks so much!
- DDdestineyNov 8, 20251.0Very rude employees ! Yesterday I went with my friend to shop the sale . As soon as we walked in we got dirty looks from 2 male employees. As we were browsing around we noticed we were being followed down every isle we went . We got asked 4 times in a row by 4 different employees. If we needed help, If we’re still doing okay , if we needed anything. As to check if we were stealing , we didn’t have any purses with us . It didn’t feel like it was to genuine to actually help us just to see if we were stealing . Super disappointed in this location and their employees I won’t be suprised if people stop shopping at this location and shop online . Not everyone who takes their time looking at things is stealing ! ⬇️ this is one of the rude employees who kept following us

The manager jumped-in being meddlesome without request and was extremely cocky and "pushy", she made me feel very uncomfortable and at some point she touched my arm several times, and kept talking over me, I was already in line at the register and she kept talking to me with no excuse.
- NKNatalie KingOct 18, 20251.0Unfortunately, every time I walk into the Santa Barbara location, I’m never greeted or asked if I needed any assistance, and anytime I try to kindly ask for help with searching for product, the associates are very rude and unprofessional. Also, they don’t tend to carry most product brands. Hoping for better product availability and better professional service in the future.
