  Came in with my child and sister to look around and get color swapped. The employee belittle us with her looks. DISCRIMINATION at its finest. Employee was totally judging based on how we were dressed. Having make up brushes doesn't make you any better. Being in a profession that serves people, y'all should double check your attitude before clocking in.

  This review is wholly for the sales associate SHAAN, you may love the Mac product or not that is up to you. I sharing my experience as I been to other Mac stores as I am a newbie to makeup and needed help with the product selection, as other locations may be people were judging me with my appearance and not taking interest to help me out but CUDOS TO SHAAN, VERY SWEET, HUMBLE AND VERY HELPFUL IN GUIDING ME VERY PATIENTLY TO SELECT THE PRODUCTS. I FOUND MY GO TO MAC MAKEUP GUY. THANK YOU SHAAN. STAY BLESSED ALWAYS🙏😊

  I went in there to buy a popular lip pencil. Ended up buying 2 other ones in store but had to buy the popular one online because it was sold out. I didn’t find out that my order was delivered for about a month and I was not notified by MAC. To top it off, it was delivered to my neighbors in the front and I’m assuming that they kept my lip liner. Also, that lip liner was delivered by Usps which I had no knowledge on till later. The person who sold me the lipstick did not mention my order number and what third party would deliver the item along with an estimated arrival date. Also, mac was not able to help me with my order since it was now in usps hands but even usps was making it impossible. I called usps telling them that they delivered it to my neighbors house which is in front of mine and that it had already been so long that it may have already been considered stolen. The person on the phone did not want to cooperate with me and kept saying “Well there’s a picture with the delivery.Is that not where it was delivered?” Is that not the right address because it looks like it was delivered to the right place.” So I wasn’t able to get a refund or a reorder. I’m disappointed in MAC and USPS for their miscommunication and not being helpful.
