  I went in there to buy a popular lip pencil. Ended up buying 2 other ones in store but had to buy the popular one online because it was sold out. I didn’t find out that my order was delivered for about a month and I was not notified by MAC. To top it off, it was delivered to my neighbors in the front and I’m assuming that they kept my lip liner. Also, that lip liner was delivered by Usps which I had no knowledge on till later. The person who sold me the lipstick did not mention my order number and what third party would deliver the item along with an estimated arrival date. Also, mac was not able to help me with my order since it was now in usps hands but even usps was making it impossible. I called usps telling them that they delivered it to my neighbors house which is in front of mine and that it had already been so long that it may have already been considered stolen. The person on the phone did not want to cooperate with me and kept saying “Well there’s a picture with the delivery.Is that not where it was delivered?” Is that not the right address because it looks like it was delivered to the right place.” So I wasn’t able to get a refund or a reorder. I’m disappointed in MAC and USPS for their miscommunication and not being helpful.

  Thank you so much, Veronica! There’s so much I wish to share. She was incredibly understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to ensure I felt at ease. Given my past experiences, I felt quite anxious about anyone touching my face, and my triggers made it difficult for anyone to do my makeup. When my special occasion came, I really wanted to have my makeup done. Trust me, she could have easily chosen to step back at any moment, and I would have completely understood. However, Veronica’s empathy shone through, and she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. When I became overwhelmed by noise, she swiftly came to my aid, pausing to reassure me that I was safe. She never rushed the process or pressured me into making a purchase. Instead, she offered her support and helped me feel absolutely incredible. I was on the verge of tears as I began to see the beauty of a glamorous survivor. Veronica, you are truly remarkable! Yes, I ended up purchasing some items, not out of obligation, but because I genuinely wanted to—and I look fantastic!

  This was my first time at this MAC Cosmetics and I’m pleasantly happy with my experience. I visited for the Find Your Studio Shade Match Event and was helped by an employee who let me know that MAC Cosmetics also hosts free beauty and makeup classes for those who are interested, so I gave her my info. Also, she helped me to find the PERFECT shade color for my skin tone and dry condition. She provided me the Studio Radiance Serum Foundation NC47 and it feels so light on my skin. It’s not clumpy or heavy. It also stays put so I don’t have to worry about any smearing. So far I’m highly satisfied with my experience and my new beauty product and I’m looking forward to trying out more!

  After many years getting my Make Up done professionally I was scared since I can be very picky, but Veronica did an awesome job. My mother and I left super pleased and happy.
