    I got a signature blowout and wanted just volume for my hair and my stylist said I had to add on the ironworks…they should be able to provide a great blowout without needing to use an iron (I was not asking for super straight hair). Any other time I get my hair blow dryed they never need to use an iron. Also last minute a charge was added on because I have hair length to my shoulders? I was never told of this charge. Very disappointed in lack of transparency in pricing. Ended up having $25 added on at the end of my appointment. The lady was very nice other than that, just wish should could’ve actually blow dryed my hair instead of straightening it, I could’ve done that myself.

    Perfect experience! I initially just came for a hair cut but felt truly pampered and taken care of by Michelle. She is truly is a great hair stylist. And, yes, I got a great hair cut and good advice. I’ll be back!
