- IIIvyOct 19, 20251.0I got a signature blowout and wanted just volume for my hair and my stylist said I had to add on the ironworks…they should be able to provide a great blowout without needing to use an iron (I was not asking for super straight hair). Any other time I get my hair blow dryed they never need to use an iron. Also last minute a charge was added on because I have hair length to my shoulders? I was never told of this charge. Very disappointed in lack of transparency in pricing. Ended up having $25 added on at the end of my appointment. The lady was very nice other than that, just wish should could’ve actually blow dryed my hair instead of straightening it, I could’ve done that myself.

I wasn’t trying to be mean or anything by letting her know that’s not the way to curl or even blow dry the hair! She needs her boss to train her how to style the hair!! I was a little disappointed but overall she’s such a very loving person!

I did Keratin twice and on both occasions there was no difference I do not recommend this place .. it's really bad
