  I just want to give a shoutout to the Lush Cosmetics Hillsdale located in the Hillsdale Mall in San Mateo California. This mall is barely hanging on, it’s very deserted these days, but I found a very very veryyyy rare gem in there and that is Lush. Not only is the Customer Service white glove, these employees actually care and standby every product. Where do I even begin. First of all, I live in Fremont California, I pass another Lush store, just to get to the Hillsdale one, and it’s about 45mins from my house door to door. Hillsdale Lush is such a small store, but the moment you walk in, someone greets you and walks up to you. The person walks around with you and tells you about every single product, and what Lush cause they are supporting as well as the new products they have in. They hold your stuff for you at the register, engage with you and make you feel so welcomed. I can’t pinpoint names because everytime I go there, there is someone new and the same A+++ white glove service. The entire team deserves praise! I don’t know who is managing that store but they need to be a Flagship store and an example to every other store. It’s crazy that’s such a small store as that one gives me the best service I’ve ever had in my life.

  The workers are always so sweet and kind. One of the girls is always so sweet to me. I need to catch her name next time but amazing crew!!

  Beautiful store with charming staff makes it very confortable for gift shopping.

  Great selection of vegan products. From soaps to lotions, this is a one stop shop for all beauty care needs, if you have the money! Some items can be kinda pricey, but most of them are worth it.

  Take all of my money! Everything smells scrumptious and the folks are super friendly and helpful. If you want to lessen your environmental impact, they have mouthwash and toothpaste tablets and their shampoo bars lather up like liquid. If I had Bezos $, I'd buy up the store.
