  Had a Aveda hairspray bottle get clogged, no matter what I did the nozzle wouldn’t work. Had used quite a bit already, but Aveda swapped it out for me no issue. Amazing customer service. Thank you!

  Pat is FANTASTIC!!! I deeply appreciate all their help in personalizing my hair health- from identifying the differences in thickening tonic vs invati ultra hair foam to discussing green vs non-green/eco-friendly ingredients. I find it very reassuring to have some as knowledgeable, experienced + warm-hearted like Pat to partner with to customize my hair healthcare to my lifestyle’s needs. I suffer from hair loss, but my job often requires me on the go with little downtime for myself. So it means very much to me when I see Pat’s level of thoughtfulness & commitment of customer centricity to help support members of the hair community like myself. Also, I want to give a kind shout out to the San Mateo Aveda store: I’ve been w/ them (and their invati line) since 2013 and often see great personnel here through the last decade +. I also appreciate Aveda’s current hybrid business model with this brick & mortar store in collaboration with Aveda’s online shopping & in-store pick up set up. I like supporting local businesses + the level of customized support IRL personnel at brick and mortar stores can offer, but also the convenience of online shopping. (PS I post my reviews anonymously under a pseudonym for privacy reasons, so I understand my review may not be synced to my Aveda membership name.)

  I love how the store continues with genuine customer service that Aveda is known for. Unlike Stanford Aveda the people here are very amazing and so approachable so kind knowledgeable and really responsive when it comes to detail oriented customer service.
