Two lady were there talking to each other without greeting .that is fine .We waited minutes until one lady says the other would help . 🙄 It is horrible that people don't care their job . RUDE . So we decided to leave. Left that product in front of them . Ha Ha

I didn’t get the young ladies name but she had blonde hair . I asked if I could return it and she said well has it been used ? I replied with no and she responds with like at all?? What king of question is that , obviously I just let you know it hasn’t been used or even opened from the packaging. She’s looking at me like I’m lying. The she proceeds to say well I can process the return but it’ll take 30 days for you to receive payment. I let her know why that is if I paid cash and then she stays quiet makes the return and hands me my cash . This wasn’t the only problem the whole time I was walking around looking at the skin care she would pass by the aisle and look at me , as if I was doing something wrong . She didn’t bother to ask if I needed help with anything when clearly I was looking for a specific item . Atleast hire employees that are enjoy their job and are social . Ridiculous customer service .
