    I came in at 3:40 Sept 26, which they close at 4. I knew what I was looking for and it wouldn't take longer than 10 mins. I work in retails, I know how it feels when people show up very close to closing time. I told the salesperson that I won't take long. I grabbed what I needed, the salesperson told me to put my stuff on the counter, which I did, then she told me I need to put my stuff in the basket, I did. I went and got two more American Crew pucks and ready to pay, I left them on the counter so she can scan them, she literally picked them up threw them in the basket, then she took it out to scan them. I told her why did she through them in the basket then take it right back out, don't do that, the cream it's going to splash inside the pucks. She was rude and unprofessional to be dealing with public, especially in salon business. I was not appreciate how she treated me, but I was calm and thanked her. This individual needs to have a better customer service and be professional. There is CosmoProf just around the corner of San Marcos Blvd and Rancho Santa Fe, they sale a lot of same stuff. We don't have to support this Salon Centric location if they have such a nasty rude customer service rep like this one. If she does not change her attitude, I'm not going to be nice and I will report her attitude to Salon Centric cooperation!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
