Chanel was fantastic, she explained what she was about to do before each step and walked me through the products she was using, which I really appreciated. Nothing felt rushed or impersonal. The facial itself was excellent, and the hand and neck massage was a standout. The only downside has nothing to do with the service, the location is next to a school, so I could hear traffic and some whistling from the nearby field during my treatment. Not a deal breaker, but worth mentioning if you're expecting total silence. I would absolutely go back.

Dr. Seif and staff were very personable and patiently went out of their way to bring me the information I needed to determine what I wanted exactly added to the IV bag. They made sure I was comfortable and laid a heated blanket on me when the cold IV fluid caused me to shiver. They even explained why a treatment they provide whi h I inquired about would not work for me, due to a health condition, and expressed my best interest instead of thinking of their monetary benefit. Patients flowed in and out as I was treated and the environment was positive and relaxing.
