  I have been a fan of PORE Decisions since day 1. Kate's attention to detail is unmatched; she is thorough and honest about the different products and services offered, and explains the various regimens in a way that's easy to understand. After just my first hydrafacial, I left there looking like a delicious glazed donut (in a good way). I have since been making visits regularly for the past few months and am seeing increasingly noticeable improvements in my overall skin quality.

  From the first time I walked into Pore Decisions, Katelyn made me feel so welcomed and really listened to my needs. She made sure I was happy with my treatments. I also got botox for my TMJ symptoms and it helped so much. She was so knowledgeable. The entire place is so clean & aesthetic! Love how they put so much thought into the little details to keep their customers happy. Juby is AMAZING with her laser treatments. It's practically painless and she communicates so well and always checks in throughout the treatment to make sure I'm tolerating it fine. Love that I found this place. And love that they also have Pour Decisions coffee shop next door. Coffee & skin care right next to each other- what more could this busy mama ask for!

  I've been coming to Katelyn for my skin needs for about 5 years now. Treatments I've done: Kybella for under chin fat, Botox, micro needling with PRP, RF microneedling, laser hair removal, and a few Hydrafacials. I keep coming back because I trust her med spa and I trust her. She is honest, and actually cares about you getting the result you want. When I asked about other things she straight up told me "no, that won't be the best you". The fact that she didn't try to upsell me and even discouraged me from getting something I didn't need shows that she is not just here for the money. The spa is super cute, clean, and has nice vibes. Now let's talk about the treatments. Kybella- THE BEST THING EVER ifyou have stubborn double chin or fat under your chin that won't budge. I had Kybella about 2 years ago and the fat never came back. Amazing! Botox- I do a small amount of units on my forehead and I'm in love. I bought the package when Pore had a promotion so my units will last me a while! Since I paid for it in advance, I feel like I get it for free every time I go in. Girl Math! Micro needling: Painless and helps your skin so much! Katelyn numbs your face so you don't feel a thing. This has been life changing for my acne scars and overall skin texture. I've gotten many compliments about my glowing skin. My deep crater acne scars are not as deep and this procedure has definitely promoted collagen restoration. Laser Hair Removal: I did my tull legs with Nurse Juby and I want to do the rest of my body. Not having to shave my legs every 3 days has been the greatest thing ever. Juby was awesome, explained the whole procedure, and took her time to make sure she covered all the areas. Also, painless! Hydrafacials: The most relaxing facial I've ever gotten. They use a machine that sucks the gunk out of you face and the blackheads on my nose have been disappearing. You also get red light therapy and an amazing facial massage. I fell asleep at least once during my facial. I know l've been ranting about how great everything is but that is just because it's true! I would never recommend a place if I hadn't tried it and vetted it for myself. This year | plan to try a lash lift, lip blush, and maybe lip filler!! Before I started taking care and investing in my skin, I didn't feel the confidence to walk around without makeup. Now, I use very little if any. Book the treatment, you deserve it, and your skin will thank you!

  I visited the medspa through a friend’s recommendation and I’m glad I went through with the treatments. My key concerns were enlarged pores, fine lines, texture, and redness/rosacea (nose/chin). The procedure where I could see immediate effects was Botox (forehead, 11 lines, pebble chin, masseter, jawline lifting) and this lasted about 5-6 months. The jawline/Masseter Botox smoothed out the “peanut” shaped contour of my face. One week after RF microneedling, I started to see clear improvement in skin texture. After the 2nd/3rd session, fine lines and rosacea improved. There is a healthy skin glow that I can see. 😍 Even some light acne scars on my chin became a bit lighter. I’ll definitely continue maintenance with Katelyn. Multiple microneedling sessions are discounted. I highly recommend it despite slight discomfort during the procedure but the numbing cream really helps. I uploaded a before and after photo (1 year apart) and I’m really happy with the results. I’m not wearing any makeup or foundation.

  Katelyn is the best! I went in for my first treatment and was honestly a little nervous, but she made me feel so comfortable the entire time. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt confident before moving forward. I also purchased a product to use on my own since I’m a guy and don’t usually do much with skincare, and it’s actually been working really well. The whole experience felt easy and professional, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
