- KJK JApr 5, 20265.0I have usually had good experience at Great Clips but unfortunately the lady did not follow the directions properly, cut it too short and uneven in the front. Edit. Sorry for the poor review, I was just mad I guess. Everyone deserves to have a bad day once a while. Sorry about that! I should cherish the fact that you got it right all the other times and not be set on this one time :) You rock! :)

She took me right away and asked me exactly what I would like her to do with my haircut. She gave me some suggestions and she did exactly what she mentioned and I walked out of there so happy. The prices are really good. I have to also mention that the salon was very clean and the other ladies working that day were very nice. I will be coming back to see Celi and have her make me pretty again. Thanks Great Clips for employee Celi.

It makes me wonder if that was just a bogus internet marketing campaign. This location also does not accept AMEX cards for payment. I will be moving to Supercuts.
- JBJeffrey BolliniJan 16, 20263.0Haircut was great. But the coupon I received from Great Clips corporate (a nationally advertised TV "football" deal for $9.99) was refused. A new sign at the checkout counter says that only coupon offers valued at $15.99 or higher are allowed at this location. Sadly, they would not even allow me to hand over my $9.99 corporate coupon and charge me $15.99. Because I had no other coupons with me I ended up being charged full price $27 and the employee added her own coupon to reduce it to $22.

Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
