  Came in here as a first timer super excited to get my eyebrows done After having bad ones for the past 21 years came in here instantly fell in love with the studio! Everything was so nice and clean up-to-date, modern super pretty! All the reviews are five stars! As she took me in the back, she seemed like she was in a hurry. She put some lotion on my eyebrows and said she’ll be back in 15 minutes. She came in and start drying on some eyebrows and measuring I looked in the mirror, said that they was a bit too big. She said don’t worry It’s just my border I took a peek halfway through. I liked what I seen. After she was done, I was in such shock. I didn’t know what to say Not dimension She had pressured me into getting something else that was another 150 bucks some type of hombre that I did not want!!!! But she kept persisting Forwarded 10 days into it I’m not happy placement is way off. They are on my forehead. One is round when it’s straight Not to mention, they are way more thicker than what I wanted. I had mentioned that to her quite a few times. Before she done it yet she insists That I need to adjust to it Adjust something that I’m not happy with something that makes me look like a clown I asked for a refund as I’m gonna get them removed She said she doesn’t give refunds as I signed the paperwork :) That’s fine She can keep a few hundred bucks that she made ($550) hopefully this review saves someone from all stressanxiety heartache and Emotions that this lady has caused me By not doing her job correctly Update after owners response!!!!! I can’t believe you’re gonna sit here and lie and say that you did not leave me unattended Why don’t you play those videos for the Internet to see! Me being left unattended in the room You continue to tell me that I need to wait But I keep telling you I don’t wanna wait because the So off!!!!!!!! And like I’ve mentioned before yes the measurements on my face are wrong, but that is your job to get it correct!!!!!!!!!!!! And clearly you did not I’m stuck with two different eyebrows!!!!!!!!!! You cannot be mad for me, letting your customers know my experience!!! Simply if you want a bad eyebrow job And not get professional experience simply come to you!! It was a red flag when you repeatedly called my phone five times back to back!!!!! I will gladly leave a picture on here for everyone to see I will let everyone see the embarrassment you’ve done to me!!!!!!! Update photo added!!!!

  As a long-time customer of Eva Bay Studio I’m extremely satisfied with the result and work ethic each time. I’ve been going there for lashes, permanent lip, eye, and eyebrow makeup. Seva works as a true professional with attention to how sterile all the equipment and working areas are. She has an eye for the aesthetics and gives good personalized recommendations for your specific facial sutures. One of the notable sessions I’ve had is when Seva fixed my eyebrows after I’ve visited a less-than-qualified person for them. The salon overall is cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend to everyone, I’ll visit again!

  I’ve been going to EVA Bay Beauty Studio for 2.5 years and have been doing my eyebrows and eyes there during that time. The first time I came in, they corrected work from a previous master that didn’t go well. My brows needed serious fixing, and they were beautifully recovered and reshaped, looking natural and flattering again. I was so grateful and happy with the result that since then, I only go to EVA Bay Beauty Studio whenever I need my brows done. I completely trust their taste, skills, and recommendations. They have an impressive range of techniques and a huge arsenal of skills, and they continue to study and learn new methods to perfect their craft. They are very honest, highly skilled, kind, and always ready to go the extra mile for their clients. It’s truly a pleasure to work with them. They are reliable, professional, and I trust them completely. We’re lucky to have EVA Bay Beauty Studio here in the Bay Area. I highly recommend them.

  Unfortunately, my mom had a very bad experience at EVA BAY Beauty Studio and PMU Academy in San Jose on February 5. We are very disappointed with the quality of the work. My mother had her eyebrows tattooed, and the result was just awful — the eyebrows were uneven, and the ink was patchy and uneven. What's more, they took a prepayment for a touch-up without even scheduling an appointment. We had to go to other specialists to remove the tattoo and redo the eyebrows, which led to additional expenses. We asked for at least part of the cost of the procedure to be refunded due to the poor result, but we were refused. It is a pity that the studio did not take responsibility for the quality of the work.
