I usually dread getting matched for a foundation because the associates are so bothered typically when I ask, but I was pleasantly surprised during this visit. Tiffany helped me out and made the whole process fun and easy. She provided great conversation and insights while we explored options. I went with a Haus Labs foundation and even picked up a new concealer and powder. I also got some other things too like an eyebrow pencil, blush and lip tint. I had a mailer coupon which helped bring the cost down. Thank you Sephora Insider! Overall great experience. The store was beautiful and clean despite undergoing construction. Not too busy too. Definitely will be back to this store. Much better experience than the Santana Row location or shopping at Ulta in Campbell where the associates tend to be less friendly.
