During the middle of the cut, boy said “don’t cut”, what he meant was “the cut really no good, let’s think about it”. The hair dresser just stopped literally. The haircut was unbalanced left and right, and told the mom “it’s your boy want to stop”. terrible experience. No communication from the hairdresser, appear to be someone like “tell me what to do, start and stop, I have no opinion what are the basics as a hair dresser ”. At least pls make sure the hair cut is balanced. There is one guy hair dresser seems nice and open to communication, but the lady we have need significant improvement to work with customer.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
