Especially do not let Ms. Dao cut your hair unless you want to have a $100 perm completely cut off when you only asked for a trim. And then be accused of not explaining what you wanted correctly. Sorry, my bad for not explaining a trim correctly. And then for another stylist try to help but have no choice but to cut it even shorter because it was botched so badly that she kept muttering and shaking her head. Also, go if you like consoling your son who left in tears! But HEY...they agreed to not charge me so if you like free haircuts and high blood pressure...sure, go ahead. What a joke.

They store your phone number and your cut/styling habit. You can book a session online and use your time judiciously. This one is mostly run by women, and they try to placate the customers with pleasant conversation if there is a huge line of customer wait list.
