    As long-time Sephora customers, this experience was extremely disappointing. A staff member named Lina (or Linda) incorrectly told my friend that our purchases qualified for a discount, when in reality the promotion didn’t start until three days later. We only realized this after checking out, and once we explained that we wouldn’t have made those purchases with the correct information, her attitude became noticeably cold and dismissive. When I decided not to purchase all my items, she asked me to put the products back on the shelves myself. That is not appropriate customer service, especially after a mistake on the store’s end. Situations like this damage trust and make loyal customers reconsider returning. I hope Sephora takes this feedback seriously and improves both staff training and customer care.

    Nice Sephora. Very very helpful staff. A little busy but they still had as always great service and a good amount of stock

    I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Sephora. I was approached by multiple employees within just a few minutes, and every time I touched a product, someone immediately stepped in with recommendations. I was even asked if I was ready to check out before I had time to properly browse. I understand the intention is to be helpful, but this felt overwhelming and intrusive. I actually work in customer service myself, and this is not normal, it makes you feel like you want to leave the store immediately. Because of this, I couldn’t enjoy my shopping experience at all. I would have preferred to browse at my own pace and ask for help when needed
