Now open. The exquisitely reimagined Nob Hill Spa returns as San Francisco’s sanctuary for intentional indulgence, envisioned anew by Ken Fulk. Spanning three levels, an enclave of light and style stretches across nearly 9,000 square feet, redefined by carved tropical hardwoods, heirloom stone and restorative new rituals.
Myself and many others still have gift certificates in upwards of 500.00 plus for the “NobHill Spa” shut down suddenly and never reopened. Doesn’t return calls and won’t refund many many unused gift cards. Horrible.

I travel to Asia 5 - 6 times a year and like to get a massage when I return to help with jet lag. This morning I arrived from Singapore and phoned Huntington Spa to get an appointment. They could fit me in tomorrow but insisted on getting a credit card number. I have had my card used fraudulently and do not like revealing it on the phone in public places. They know I already been there 2 - 3 times before and my credit is good. I demonstrated that I am responsible when once I called from China to cancel an appointment. If I could email or text them I would but I cannot. They take only phone calls. My experience agrees with other commenters who find Huntington non-customer oriented and inflexible. No worries. I found somewhere else.

Services are good. Facilities are OK. Nice option for taking a break in the city.
