- ECE CAug 23, 20231.0I had a really bad experience at this store. A staff member, an Asian middle-aged lady, was very rude and unfriendly. When I entered the store, she was outside smoking and chatting with employees from a neighboring store instead of helping customers. Despite this, I bought the "Face Essentials Travel Size" to try it out. However, 10 minutes after leaving the store, I decided to exchange it for the "Best-Sellers Travel Kit." When I went back, she was very unhappy and rude about the exchange. Overall, it was not a pleasant shopping experience.

When I was there I asked for sample for shampoo, she seems not so happy about the fact that’s I’m not buying anything!
