  I live in the neighborhood and was excited to go do some in person shopping but I left quickly because within 4 minutes, five different people asked me if I needed help. It felt uncomfortable and not like a relaxed shopping experience. I’ve worked in commission based sales for years so I understand to a degree, but the approach here was way too aggressive. It’s funny because other reviews say nobody helped them at all? All I can guess is that the company might consider restructuring sales goals and strategies, and if they haven’t already, create more group goals rather than individual.

  Very helpful, but also does not breathe down your kneck. Unlike some Sephora locations that ask you every 2 minutes if you need help finding something this store's Staff let's you know there there if you need them but let's you enjoy your shopping experience.

  This employee with the vans overalls and a bunch of piercings was actually extremely rude. I needed her help, she didn’t even acknowledge my existence in the store, and she was a lead. Which is crazy. Before I could even finish my sentence, she walked away and I was so taken back. I did not feel welcomed at all at this location. And never again will I come back.

  Labeira was AMAZING! She was so helpful and knowledgeable and detail oriented - if you’re looking for makeup advice /definitely/ go to her!!
