    A very kind person said I’d need to wait 3min to have customer service. I waited 30min and wasn’t seen. I left feeling pretty sad.

    Very disappointing experience at this Sephora location. I’m a loyal Sephora customer, but since I’m based in Europe, my U.S. account doesn’t reflect how much I actually spend each year (which seems to be the determining factor in how much help you receive at this location). I had trouble finding any associate willing to help me. When I finally approached one, she already seemed annoyed. Instead of looking at my skin tone or doing a quick swatch when I asked about a shade, she immediately asked for my phone number to check my account. After briefly opening it, she dismissed me with a quick suggestion—without a swatch, without looking at me, and then moved on. I was fully prepared to spend a significant amount of money, but her attitude made me decide otherwise. This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. Staff should be trained to provide the same level of service to every customer, not just those they assume are “worth” their time.

    It's a great store in a good location, however the customer service was not good tonight. I spent good money on 2 lipsticks and hair products tonight. I always get samples of face creams, but everyone was busy, so I asked the cashier if she could get someone to assist me. She asked her floor manager and he said it was ok to help me. She made me the samples without writing the product information. Then, for some unknown reason, she started to complain that I was taking her away from her duties as a cashier. I told her that I understood that she really didn't want to help me. Her name is Tracey and I think she should be happy to have a job. Her attitude needs resetting.
