  Really? I paid for all of my items & i’m standing there waiting for my receipt because they needed to verify if I stole something while standing in line. For god sakes, a girl can’t put her headphones in her bag & get her wallet out to pay. I was next person in line to pay. I purposely grabbed a basket just to avoid being targeted. I also noticed majority of sephora stopped offering free samples!

  Huge thank you to Lynette, I'm so grateful for your presence! Super supportive team, always at this location (33 Powell). 🌞 I deliver for the apps and came in yesterday with two orders that totaled 30+ items. Being unfamiliar with the layout, I would have likely spent an hour wandering around searching for each one. Lucky for me, Lynette came by and offered to assist me in my search, guided me to every product on my list (with the quickness), and collaborated with team members to ensure I gathered items that were in back stock. This support was super kind and hospitable. I was out of there in no time at all, able to deliver the order much quicker and proceed to accept more offers. Thank you, Lynette! ✨

  This Sephora location is the worst I’ve ever been to. I’ve worked in customer service before, and I don’t expect anyone to go above and beyond. I always love coming to Sephora, but this location is always a letdown, regardless of how busy it is. The employees are always rude and unfriendly. They don’t try to cross-sell or build my basket. I’ve been here multiple times, and the experience is always the same. I don’t mind a little banter, but I don’t expect anything more than basic kindness. As a customer service professional, I’ve encountered consistently unsatisfactory customer service at this Sephora location. The employees’ behavior is characterized by rudeness, unfriendliness, and a lack of proactive assistance. This pattern has persisted across multiple visits, and I don’t anticipate returning. As a Rouge member, I think I’m not asking for much just some effort.
