There is clearly no consideration for clients’ time, and they offer little to no help in finding alternatives at other locations. If the situation were reversed, a client would be charged a late cancellation fee, yet they take no responsibility when they are the ones causing the inconvenience. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
