They only allow licensed professionals to come shopping here but every time I come, I get pretty mediocre to not so good customer service help in this storegoing forward. I’m either gonna close my account or shop online.
- DRDevin Rucker-DiazFeb 22, 20235.0Great little shop, always has what I need in stock and in-store, never having to order and wait for something to come in, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, I came in 5 minutes before closing and she was so nice and courteous I had been shopping for 30 minutes before I realized they were already supposed to be closed, total fail on my part for not paying attention but a complete win to the girl working there for being the employee of the year to me that day. I've been to at least 5 salon centrics around the bay area and this one was definitely my favorite.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
