They only allow licensed professionals to come shopping here but every time I come, I get pretty mediocre to not so good customer service help in this storegoing forward. I’m either gonna close my account or shop online.

Just this week, I was poorly treated twice by the same girl. It seems like Geary store is saving money and hiring low skilled employees. Very sad. I will pay the same price on a store where people are trained to deal with people. So, I changed store, that’s all.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
