We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

My husband and I stopped in before going to see a movie and not only did she show us around the store to help me find what I was looking for, she made it so that I want to return just for her every time I’m in the area with how great the customer service was. As someone with several years of retail experience, I know how much these companies push their employees to get more sales to reach certain short term financial targets and maintain customer acquisition. On Lush’s part as a large company, I hope that their aggressive sales tactics pushed onto their employees gets a refresh. If I am browsing and have declined multiple offers for help, I would hope that the company pushes for the customers comfortability over an extra sale. I enjoy testing the new products and checking out old favorites but find the overbearing nature pushes me and other customers away.
