It was my mom’s birthday and I got her Eau Rose. We didn’t realize Diptyque does a refill program but we will keep this in mind when we run out! We knew what we wanted so we didn’t need help or suggestions, but Karen was kind enough to ask us if we needed any help. She also helped us check out and provided great suggestions for any future visits. Made us feel really welcome and I appreciated that very much. If I’m ever back in SF, I will definitely visit this boutique again!

This outlet is at par with the exemplary service. Having an iconic product helps of course as well as a beautiful store. Suffice it to say we had another unplanned purchase after leaving this store. 😅😅😅
