I have to agree with another reviewer on here...they are very inconsistent with giving out samples. I was standing behind another woman this past week who had to specifically request a sample given to her with her full purchase, and when it came time for me to check out there was no offer for any either. I would window shop in store and just buy online if you want the full goodie experience.

However, my shopping experience was ultimately disappointing due to inconsistent service regarding product samples. Unlike other luxury fragrance houses such as Maison Francis Kurkdjian (MFK), which consistently encourages customers to test scents on their skin, this store's policy seems unclear. The associate who helped me stated that samples were not available, which led me to purchase a full-size bottle of a single scent without being able to test it over time. My frustration peaked when I observed another sales associate providing samples to the couple who had checked out just before me. This contradictory experience suggests a lack of consistent training or policy enforcement, which is unexpected for a luxury brand. While the store has a great product range, the uneven customer service makes me hesitant to return for future purchases.
