  It's been a few months since I was living in San Francisco but just now finally getting around to making a review. The customer service and experience really stood out to me so I definitely was going to write a review! Every person who has ever helped me was super helpful. And they have plenty of employees on the floor and that is just fantastic. I don't have to wait too long to speak with someone. I'm sure there can be off days, but so far, they have done their best to go above and beyond. The best experience I had was with Grace (I hope that is her name)! It's been a long time, so, sorry if I got it wrong. She was so genuine. She recommended products that solved my problems. She didn't just suggest anything, she really listened to me. I came in for makeup and got it but I also forgot that I had been wanting perfume and she had a lot to say about them. She had personal experiences and she knew exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something unique, fresh, yet inviting and but subtle. Not too strong! I took all her recommendations and I have been complimented so many times! Thank you, darling! The other employees have also been a lot of fun. They've shared their experiences and stories and they are so incredibly nice and helpful when it comes to asking to try something on. They always suggest to go to the sun and that is a genius idea. Thank you for all the hard work and for creating a great environment.
