  "Frances was such a wonderful salesperson!" I was new to the realm of Byredo and Frances recomended several scents to me based on the info I offered regarding my daughter whose Birthday gift I was looking for. I'm pretty sure she now will have a signature scent. I'll be back soon!!!

  What an incredible experience!!! I took my friend fragrance shopping and Byredo was the first store we popped into. The store associate with the bleached eyebrows (sorry we did not ask for your name 😩) was so patient with us and made sure that my friend was well informed with all the scents she was interested in smelling. She was extremely knowledgeable with all the scents and that helped us better contextualize what perfumes we were smelling. She even labeled all the scent cards so we wouldn’t be confused on what each scent was. In the end, my friend was able to take them home so she could think on them. My friend so far hasn’t decided on which scent she wants to get (if at Byredo), but I definitely will be bringing back more friends who are interested in getting a new fragrance or body care, because of how well taken care of we were during our fragrance shopping experience. Will absolutely be back! Thanks for the pleasant and good-smelling experience.

  Walked into an empty store and an unhappy girl came out from behind a wall to greet me once I came to the counter. She barely smiled at me throughout the whole encounter, and barely welcomed me in. I told her I hadn't tried any of their scents and let her know what notes I typically like. Smelled a few as she spritzed them on paper. I told her I was looking for second skin scents, to which she's confused, so then I tell her, subtle, light musks, etc. I smell a few, and one I inquire if this smells significantly different on different people, since some scents really transform depending on a person's skin, to which she rudely replies, "Well of course all scents smell different on different people." Yes lol I know that, Ms. Genius. I left feeling that the experience left me with a bad impression of Byredo's scents, that they seem somewhat simple and easily reproducible.

  My best friend and I, she's from New York just visiting, went into Byredo and were assisted by Frances. We had the best time. Frances was able to assist us with choosing the perfect colors for our skin tone. We all laughed, she offered us both water, sparkling or flat. Well, since everything I bought was like fairy dust of course I requested sparkling water. Thank you Frances for such a great and wonderful 💫 experience.

  Had a great experience at Byredo. Staff was extremely knowlegeable and attentive. I got to try a few scents and ended up purchasing ‘La Tulipe’ hand cream which is my new favorite scent. I keep on smelling my hands because it smells so good :)
