  "Frances was such a wonderful salesperson!" I was new to the realm of Byredo and Frances recomended several scents to me based on the info I offered regarding my daughter whose Birthday gift I was looking for. I'm pretty sure she now will have a signature scent. I'll be back soon!!!

  I came here during my lunch yesterday (Thursday) afternoon. There were only two other customers there and I was able to sample their perfumes at my own pace. Nicole was so kind and answered all of my questions. I prefer woodsy perfumes and she helped me picked one I loved! I purchased a bottle of Bal D'Afrique, and a Blanche hand cream. She even added samples of Bibliotheque and Blanche since she knew those were my two other faves. I loved the scent so much that I went back today to purchase the Bal D'Afrique perfume oil and hand cream I'm in love with Bibliotheque as well! Will be coming back for more!

  I was extremely disappointed by my experience at Byredo. Their store associate was not helpful, had no empathy, and was focused on making a sale even if it required her to be deceiving. Furthermore, getting in contact with this brand after a purchase is made is nearly impossible, so make sure you have zero questions about your purchase and that you are 110% sure of your purchase as they have no return policy to get your full payment back. Something that I learned AFTER making a purchase is that you can request a sample from the associate who will likely not offer it to you otherwise. I would highly recommend asking for samples before dishing out hundreds of dollars to then be disappointed by their products.

  Unacceptable service, horrible return policy and the store/brand is unwilling to help regardless of them being at fault. I would not recommend this store or brand for any purchases. I'm dumbfounded by a brand like Byredo that expects premium prices but gives you service that is non existent. For someone who shops at other luxury stores, this brand/store doesn't even come close to others. You're better of buying fragrances and products at Le Labo or Maison Francis Kurkdjian. Both of these brands put Byredo to shame. I've never had to use customer service at those brands but the interactions that I've had at store that sell those brands is night and day. Just even comparing the reviews for La Labo SF store can showcase the major differences between the two brands and their service received. I'm not one to write a negative review (every review I've written on google to date has been only a positive one), but this experience has shocked me by how poorly a "luxury" brand can treat their customers.
