  Not sure...my daughter wanted to go here the place is nice inside smell wonderful and clean drop her off and had to go but overall I would return to experience what they have to offer.

  Frances was so helpful! Every experience in diptyque is so pleasant because the staff create such a magical atmosphere. I fall in love with the ambiance & scents every time.

  The kindest people work here! Beautiful store and the lovely person who helped gave me lots of recommendations for vintage stores in Osaka when I mentioned an upcoming trip. They also give wonderful samples of their perfumes. Their candles are such a treat.

  I frequent the Fillmore store off and on, but recently have purchased a couple of things (I usually buy online through my husband's account). I have to agree with another reviewer on here...they are very inconsistent with giving out samples. I was standing behind another woman this past week who had to specifically request a sample given to her with her full purchase, and when it came time for me to check out there was no offer for any either. I would window shop in store and just buy online if you want the full goodie experience.
