  I was racially profiled by someone who works there to the point where my bag was checked. All I wanted was earrings that would not causing issues with my piercings and I come out feeling like terrible. Never go here if you are of a different race you will not be treated equal.

  I walked in and got two new piercings by Moe! Her knowledge and kindness made my experience incredible. She was patient, caring, and really listened to what to me about what I wanted. I have unique ears, they are flat and I wasn’t sure what piercings I could get. She consulted with me and helped me with the placement for my special ears! The service was clean, fast, and she was so gentle with my new piercings! I WILL be back for more piercings with Moe. She styled my ears with the cutest quality jewelry. I look so cool!!! Thank you ❤️❤️

  depends on which piercer you get. i have 11 total piercings, five of which are cartilage piercings. both double helixes on left and right sides were done here as well as my second set of lobes. what i've noticed is that they are definitely following industry standards (i.e. using single-use needles, flatback titanium jewelry, proper piercing care, etc.), but the general quality of the piercings differs depending on which piercer you get. i got my left ear's double helix done a year and a half ago and the piercings were placed too close together which causes the jewelry to snag on each other at times. swelling on one piercing will cause the other to swell too. the piercer i got at that time also downsized me too quickly and switched me to hoops too quickly. at the time i was new to cartilage piercings so i took their word for it. as a result my left side is still not even close to healed and gets irritated quickly. the other side, done at the same location by a different staff member, is fully healed despite them being 4 months younger. i was also misled about my ear anatomy and was told i could absolutely get a rook done on either ear. i went to a different piercing shop about a month later and was informed that my cartilage in that spot is far too flat to support a rook on either side. i went and got my conch and third lobe set done at another speciality piercing center and had zero issues and more consistency with my piercings. it's a really awesome place for convenience and if you're new to piercings. super friendly atmosphere and informative care. but i wouldn't really recommend getting anything more than lobes and beginner cartilage piercings done here.
