I was gifted a bottle of Sephora brand makeup setting spray for holidays but the dispenser never worked. I just wanted to exchange it for a working one. (Unused I might add). Because I didn’t have PROOF of purchase she wouldn’t let me EXCHANGE it for a working one. What?!? How do you think I acquired it. And then asked me if I wanted to purchase a working one. Seriously?? How do you assist exchanges for customers that received Sephora items as gifts? There’s definitely something broken in your policy. Note: You might want to think twice before you buy a gift from Sephora. The recipient can’t exchange it Without proof of purchase.

She helped me and my daughter pick out the perfect color concealer and foundation and was super pleasant and patient with us. She recommended clean brands for my daughter's sensitive skin and was also helpful (but not pushy) to choose a nice foundation brush. She is absolutely amazing! Check out was pleasant as well with other associate.
