A while ago a booked an appointment with Claudio and found my permanent Therapist! He is fantastic! Deep tissue heated massage is what I always schedule. Amazing!!!!

On top of that, several of their best services and equipment were down, and the overall list of services available was very limited. The facial itself came out fine, but the massage was not good at all. It felt unskilled and didn’t provide the relief or quality you would expect from a professional service. The service provider also struggled to maintain a natural conversation or add anything of value to the experience, which only made the session feel more awkward and unenjoyable. When you combine the lack of ambiance, limited services, unavailable amenities, and an underwhelming massage, I honestly cannot recommend this place. Your money is definitely better spent elsewhere.

Kevin is my absolute favorite for massages—he’s friendly, attentive, and consistently does an incredible job every time. I always leave feeling relaxed and renewed. Highly recommend!

Now the second time I came was a bit more stressful for me. I asked about if there was any other option since I was told to lay on my side which was really uncomfortable given the fact that I have carpal tunnel especially during my pregnancy it sucks! But I was told it’s what was available at the moment so I couldn’t really enjoy my experience which really sucked. But the lady’s were nice and thorough.
