- AIAmy IsolaMay 27, 20251.0Absolutely upset by the staff at the One Paseo location. Made an appointment for 2pm to have my full face of makeup done for my engagement photoshoot. Walked in a few minutes before two for my appointment and told the sales associate what I was there for. She was confused and found another associate. The other associate said my appointment was canceled and that they notified me via phone call. I was NOT NOTIFIED by phone, text or email. This is absolutely ridiculous that I had to be told my reservation was canceled at time of appointment. The second I walked out of the store I got both a text and email saying my reservation is canceled. I completely understand things happen and reservations need to be canceled but to not be notified prior is wild especially right before such an important event.
