I have been doing make up for years on myself, and she actually helped me discover my true undertone and overtone. She was so patient and took her time with me and it was so busy, but she did not make me feel like I was bothering her at all and she was so kind and so warm and I ended up spending a ton of money going all out on a full Rouge member shopping spree because of her help with suggestions. To the point that I said thank you for verifying and she just hung up on my face, rude and unprofessional. Also, I was to the store 2 days previously and they had an item marked with a discount by mistake and the supervisor didn't want to honor the price and took the discount sticker off. I took pictures and everything and contacted support and they said she should've honored it if it was placed by their mistake. Definitely not going to this store again. 🤮 trash

When I arrived I couldnt find anyone to help (which i get it, because its that time of the year) I went to the register and showed the girl a picture of what i wanted and she was kind enough to show me where to find it and ring it up for me. I saw her name tag, her name is Jade. Thank you so much for all your help and for being so nice about it.
