    I love Sephora… but now I will try to give all my business to this location! That’s all because of Jessica. She cares so much about making sure her customers are cared for and have the experience Sephora is supposed to bring to a girlies life. She is a gem to this location. She currently has beautiful bright pink hair so you can’t miss her! She is the sweetest. Thank you again Jessica! I had to leave a review about you!

    As the reviews confirm this store has horrible customer service. I consider my experience discriminatory and PREJUDICE AND RACIST. I shop at Sephora all over the country MIAMI LOS ANGELES NEW YORK and never have I ever. Diana the manager was not willing to help me return my foundation within the return policy. Even after I shared my skin broke out in an allergy from the product. I am now stuck with the foundation and not offered no exchange or even credit. It is clear the customer experience does not matter and it’s about the profit over the customer. She went so far as to eyeball and measure the ounces deep inside the tube. Examining the bottle and ridiculously tried to claim they measure every returned product ounces. This store decided to enforce their policy on me when I am very certain they are not opening products and measuring ounces for every single product. There is no way to accurately measure usage. No exception or good faith was granted to me even when I shared it was an allergic break out. Even after speaking with their manager Diana you can tell they were bothered with attitide and were not even apologetic. I used the product for only 10 days. I will be escalating this issue.

    I hope I remembered her name correctly but the makeup artist that helped me was Jessica I believe. I'm so shy and my friend came with me and said oh her makeup is amazing hurry let's go to her. And im so happy to have a friend like her because Jessica did her work and blessed me with her knowledge of products and wow my makeup is beautiful and I seriously look 10 years younger with her eye cream recommendations. She was so kind and sweet and helped me so much. 💖

    I visited this location this evening on Wednesday, January the 21st around 6pm with a gift card to utilize. After doing the customary browse, I finally decided on the products that I wanted to purchase, along with a fragrance for my boyfriend- the woman who helped me pick out the fragrance was amazing. Upon checkout, I was informed that I had to have a physical printout of the gift card with no other helpful solutions. I then asked if I could order online for pickup and use the gift card to which the MOD (a blonde woman with roots) replied yes, and it would be ready in about 30 minutes. As I already had all the items in my basket, I handed it over to the cashier for them to set aside for the pick up so it would save them time. I decided to go and have dinner and came back an hour later- I was not greeted, only brusquely asked if I had “the barcode”. As the order was still being processed, I didn’t. She went to get another manager (?) Joanna (lady w pink eye lashes) to assist and she rudely and aggressively asked for my name and said she’d fill it after banging out some info on her POS. As I was waiting, the first manager (lady w roots) came up to explain that she didn’t mean 30 minutes to fulfill the order but rather it was a 2 hour time frame- she then proceeded to condescendingly & redundantly explain their pick up process, as if she wasn’t the one who misinformed me?? If this had been relayed to me prior, I would have made other arrangements but 30 minutes seemed reasonable. Not a smile or kind word from a single one of these women, no apologies or accountability. I have never experienced this at Sephora and am an avid customer. I hope it was a bad day for them but something tells me it is a top down issue with management setting an environment condoning poor customer service.
